Lovely villa in a quiet residential location within walking distance of Punta Prima. Well equipped villa with lovely shaded outside dining area. Beautiful swimming pool and well kept gardens. Would definitely recommend.
The beaches with the blue sky water, where you would like to stay for a long time, the many attractions that tourists like to go to, have been part of our search for new experiences. Villa Eclipse and Punta Prima matched our search for perfect holiday destinations and we are glad that we choose to stay there. The house has 3 very cozy rooms, with clean bathrooms and a spacious well-equipped kitchen. Lovely to sit out at the terrace and relax with a glass of wine. Almost everything is in the vicinity of walking distance...beach, restaurants, bars, but still in a calm neighborhood. During our stay there we visited Cala Torret and Binibeca and tried the most delicious specialties in the whole Menorca. Most of our time we spend at Playa Punta Prima entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Nice and friendly people in Punta Prima and Menorca. Menorca has become one of my favorite travel destinations and I know we will be back soon! Highly recommend this villa and company.
Great location, near to almost everything: beach, restaurants, bars...Villa Eclipse is just what you look for when booking a villa, cozy, clean, and simple. Liked that it was clean and the bedding and curtains added cozy touches of color and life. Felt really comfortable and private. Villa Eclipse had a spacious terrace/patio and a nice pool and BBQ area outside. Most of the time we spend at the terrace and enjoyed a nice time there: having meals, playing cards, enjoying gatherings with our local friends...Nice and friendly people in Punta Prima. We enjoyed their hospitality and their help in pointing out directions, places to visit, and what local specialties to try. We also visited Cala Torret, Binibeca, and Mahon and explored the area (local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants...). We tried great Spanish specialties(especially Tortilla Espanola, Paella...) there. Nice holiday overall. We will be returning again. Much gratitude to everyone that helped book and look after us before and during our stay.
Great villa in the heart of Punta Prima. The villa was exactly as mentioned in the details on the website. The interior design is simple but of good quality and really relaxing. Took several trips to fab beach and some lovely restaurants. The lovely island, nice location, and friendly people.Will definitely return.
Lovely villa, nice and clean and well-positioned, peace and quiet were needed and was a lovely break. The decor inside the villa is lovely and very attractive in my opinion. Nice location within walking distance to almost everything-beaches, tavernas, shops, etc. All in all, we had a great time one which we will repeat in the near future.
The villa is in a great location it was great being so near to the beach, supermarket and more importantly the bars!! It was clean and comfortable with a very nice clean pool. Spacious kitchen and plenty of room in the bathrooms. Would be more than happy to return to the villa.
Very pleased overall though. Our family loved it. The villa is very spacious with 3 bedrooms - one with an ensuite.
This is just what we wanted; clean, spacious and a lovely pool to relax in! Pool great. The swimming pool was very clean and we enjoyed our daily baths and sunbaths on the terrace as well. The villas grounds are stunning and we found all Agni Travel staff to be very friendly and helpful.
We found the Villa to be the perfect holiday for us. Its only 5 minutes walk to the seafront and restaurants. Very quiet resort but that is exactly what we wanted and visiting the other resorts close by was easy and there are some lovely places to go see. All in all a great place for a relaxing holiday

Lovely villa, perfect spot for exploring the beaches around the south of the island. Great for being able to walk down to porta prema for an evening drink by the front. Welcome shady area to eat under and we spent hours in the pool!!
Great quiet holiday. The island was in the throws of closing down but plenty of restaurants open. Noray was a great restaurant for beachside dining and open till November. Two good supermarkets for all essentials and good rate bureau de change. The land train to binabeca was still running and so glad it was. It made a great break from Punta Prima with some beautiful coves to swim and snorkel in. Fabulous weather in October mid 20's and clear blue skys. Would highly recommend
A lovely homely villa , perfect for the short walk to the beach. There is plenty of outdoor space to relax . Although surrounded by other villas , this villa is not at all overlooked and very comfortable for all of us. Excellent service from Agni travel and their partners.
